Timing

Duration Approximately 50 training hours/32-35 sessions
Topics Covered
  • Introduction to R programming concepts with respect to the SAS programming concept equivalents
  • Concept explanation and R programming for CDISC standards:
    • SDTM
    • ADaM
  • Tables, Listings, and Figures programming using R
  • R programming concepts covered will mainly be based on R tidyverse based packages
  • Programming is based on scratch coding using R and NOT using packages like SDTM-Oak, ADaM-Admiral, TFL-tplyr
Prerequisites Candidates are expected to have hands-on experience in SAS programming language in clinical domain.
Teaching approach will be to cover R programming equivalent of a specific concept's code flow in SAS
Fee Structure The total fee is ₹23,000, payable in three installments:
  • ₹7,000 during the first week of training
  • ₹9,000 during the third week of training
  • ₹7,000 during the fifth week of training
Additional Details
  • Classes will be conducted online via applications like Skype, Zoom, or GotoMeeting.
  • Planned time off of the trainer and public holidays in India will be communicated in advance.
  • Trainees are expected to have their own local installation of R and access to R Studio via local installation or Posit cloud.
  • Video recordings of the sessions will be shared.
  • Exercise file documents will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or a link on our website.
